Maw Civil was responsible for overseeing the civil construction of the development including earthworks, stormwater drainage, roads, footpaths and services including potable water, sewer, gas, electrical and telecommunication services.

​Maw Civil moved over 80,000 cubic metres of clay on this project, providing foundations for the boat stacker and subdivisional works, and also completed the break water construction to protect the marina.
